Most of our items are made to order, therefore, delivery times may vary (5-15 days depending on the volume and detail involved).

bombyxMORI will be happy to provide information on your order as it progresses and, once shipped, all items sent by registered post or courier can be tracked to monitor their progress.

bombyxMORI is not responsible for damages to items incurred during transit or upon delivery to the customer. We are not liable for any damages due to mishandling by customers. Our items are art pieces and we ask that they be handled as such.

Generally, bombyxMORI asks that clients co-operate with a no-returns policy due to the hand crafted, once off nature of the pieces. These items are hand-crafted with great skill, proficiency and professionalism. In the rare event of a necessary return, we do offer the exchange of the garment for another in our collection.

Please send the exchange item to our contact address and provide us with your reasons, so that we can continue to improve and excel in our craft and in the service we provide.

Please ensure item is carefully packed, labelled and sent by registered post to our address.
