Generally, bombyxMORI asks that clients co-operate with a no-returns policy due to the hand crafted, once off nature of the pieces. These items are hand-crafted with great skill, proficiency and professionalism. In the rare event of a necessary return, we do offer the exchange of the garment for another in our collection.

Please send the exchange item to our contact address and provide us with your reasons, so that we can continue to improve and excel in our craft and in the service we provide.

Please ensure item is carefully packed, labelled and sent by registered post to our address.

Make sure the item is unworn, with original tags, not damaged, washed or marked in any way (e.g. makeup, washing powder, perfume, aftershave, or smelling of smoke!)  Thank you!
